GENERAL:

• You MUST be 18+. In commissioning me, you are confirming that you are of legal age in Australia and will be held accountable as such.

• I have the right to refuse any commission.

• If I’ve missed any details, you requested or depicted inaccurately, I would love to fix it for you. Just let us know!

• Please let me know if you are picky about character colors/gradients/markings! As I will sometimes take artistic liberties and add small gradients here or there along with smoothing out some markings in ways that make it easier for me!

• I only draw pre-designed characters. I won't draw from a photograph or written description.

TIME/UPDATES:

DISCLAIMER: I normally only work at night as I live with 3 other people with my workspace being in the middle of the house.​

• Turnaround time ranges from 2 / 3 weeks. 

• During the commission process, you’re free to ask for updates on your commission. But please don’t message every day or multiple times a day.

PAYMENTS:

​

• Payment is in USD through Paypal (With Invoice)

• I will not accept commissions without providing an invoice

• Payments are either paid upfront or 50/50, with the first 50% being upfront and the second 50% being after the first sketch is confirmed.

• I offer a reasonable number of minor revisions during the creative process for free.

• Any Major changes requested after the initial concept is approved may incur additional charges.

REFUNDS

​

• Refund is not possible after commissions is completed

• If you decide to cancel your commission before work begins, a full refund may be provided. If work has already started, a partial refund will be determined based on the work that has been done

RIGHTS / USAGE:

​

• The commissioner may re-post their commission to their FA account, Toyhou.se, and the like, with proper credit linking back to the appropriate account. (AKA PCraxkers)

• The commissioner may not alter the artwork

• The commissioner may not claim the work as their own.

• Personal use only. The Commissioner may use the piece as an icon, header, etc. with credit.

• I retain the right to post the art publicly unless otherwise specified by the commissioner. 

• I retain the copyright of all commissioned work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

CHANGES TO TOS:
I may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website.
